Hello, my name is Osvaldo, but I also go by Ozzy. As a child raised in a low-income neighborhood, we were often exposed to social workers. I knew that one day, I would end up pursuing a career in the social services sector giving back to my community.
I received a B.A in Sociology followed by an MSW. Throughout my short years, I have had the pleasant experience working in different settings such as LGBTQ Centers, medical centers, and schools. Although I have enjoyed it all, I am the most passionate about helping low income/unhoused individuals. I came to an understanding of what true “empathy” and “compassion” look like and the way it should ALWAYS be modeled when working with all individuals.
I am able to provide services in English and Spanish.
