As an art therapist rooted in social justice, ecological connection, somatics, and ancestral wisdom, I create a therapeutic space that honors collective trauma, fosters community healing, and supports individual empowerment. My approach is grounded in a decolonial framework that centers relationship, context, and interconnectedness with an intention toward both personal and collective liberation.
I integrate art therapy, somatic awareness, and eco psychology to support clients in reconnecting with their inner knowing. I believe creativity and the wisdom of the body offer powerful pathways for healing. I gently support clients in building a deeper awareness of their internal experience, working with patterns held in the body, and cultivating a greater sense of safety, presence, and connection.
I feel especially aligned with working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impacts of systemic oppression. I support individuals seeking a deeper connection to themselves, their bodies, their creativity, and their roots, as well as those open to exploring therapy beyond traditional talk-based approaches.
