Coaching

Mental Health Coaching can be an adjunct to your therapy or psychiatry services.  Coaching focuses on building habits that support your mental health.  You will set a specific goal with your coach and receive ongoing support as you implement your new skills.  Examples of coaching goals: improve sleep routine, increase medicine compliance, reduce cannabis use, or increase social interactions.
