Myra Hollis, LMFT

Theory of Change: I am a firm believer that clients are the authors of their lives and believe in working parallel to them to provide support in helping them navigate their healing journey. My focus as a therapist is always to provide a space where clients feel safe, not judged. seen, heard and understood. I am straightforward and also comforting. I utilize therapeutic interventions unique to the client while exploring solutions when that fits and ensuring that we make space to process. I know that we are all on unique paths in life and I work to honor that. I have a background in community advocacy, including supporting the mental health of black and brown communities with a focus on teen women. In addition, I also have worked in community clinics, high schools, with foster youth, and facilitating healing circles. I am passionate about supporting mother wounds, and life transitions.
