Whether in couples or individual therapy, we will navigate complex emotions, using art as a powerful tool for self-discovery and exploration. We have all visual arts at our disposal. One day we may use clay, the next it may be stickers. No prior art experience is necessary. I firmly believe that engaging with art can unlock unconscious insights that enrich our therapeutic journey.
